To keep FSF a healthy and growing club we are always looking to increase our membership base and meeting attendance. We are still Australia's largest general science fiction fan organisation however we need to work hard to keep this. FSF gives those who enjoy sci-fi and fantasy tv and movies as well as print fiction a forum to meet other like minded fans, catch up on the latest and often unseen material and socialise with others in a fun and family friendly environment. It also gives fans opportnities where possible, to meet those who create or write the shows and print fiction. Current FSF members have the opportunity to not only help the club but also save money on their own FSF memberships. For every new member you introduce to the club you will receive a free month added to your current membership. (Get 12 friends to join FSF and you have an FSF membership for a year free). Also every three months FSF will hold a special competition where all members who introduced a new member in that period go into the draw to win quarterly prizes which may include autographs, merchandise or event tickets.
